Description
Tal Alroudha is a four-bedroom farm located in Remah Al Ain, featuring dedicated children's rooms. The living room provides direct views of the indoor pool, which is divided into two separate sections—one for adults and another for kids.
Outside, there is a specially designated kids' play area, complete with an additional attraction—a zipline designed for children's enjoyment. It's important to note that the maximum weight limit for the zipline is 70 kg.
Furthermore, the outdoor space offers a traditional tent where you can relax and immerse yourself in the serene surroundings.

Deposit
Please be aware that a deposit (1000 AED refundable) must be paid upon arrival.
Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property's cleanliness upon check-out. In cases the property is left unclean a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Use of Amenities
Guests are kindly reminded to adhere to the swimming pool rules, ensuring responsible use by following posted guidelines. Parents and guardians of attending children are urged to exercise extra vigilance around the pool area. Please be aware of the maximum weight limit of 70 kg for the zipline.
No Smoking.
No smoking inside the property to maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests and prevents damage from cigarette smoke. Guests can use the designated smoke area in the garden.
Parties
The host does not permit parties unless guests seek prior permission.
Maximum number of Guests
The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. If the guest party exceeds this limit, prior permission is required from the host. There is no express limitation on the number of guests attending during the day.
Fireworks
For safety reasons and out of respect for neighboring farms, the use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.
Check-out
A charge of 50 AED will be applied for every hour of overstay after the checkout time. This amount will be subtracted from the deposit placed at check-in.
Guests are reminded to ensure they have collected all their belongings. The host does not accept any liability for lost or damaged items. The property will be inspected during checkout, and any damage will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
