Deposit
Upon Check-in guests need to pay 500 AED refundable deposit to be reissued following inspection of property. During the checking lead guest would need to provide ID and sign property contract.
Cleanliness
Guests must ensure upon check out that they maintain the property's cleanliness.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the property to maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests and prevent damage caused by cigarette smoke.
Swimming Pool
Guests are kindly reminded to adhere to the swimming pool rules and use these facilities responsibly by following posted guidelines. Parents and guardians of attending children are urged to exercise extra vigilance around the pool.
