We are absolutely delighted to have you as our guest and extend a heartfelt welcome to our beautiful Resort. Your presence here is greatly appreciated. Please be aware that a deposit (1000 AED refundable) must be paid, and a property contract must be signed before entering the villa.
Please note that for groups of 20 or more guests, the deposit will be increased to 2000 AED.
Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property's cleanliness upon check-out.
Swimming Pool
Guests are kindly reminded to adhere to the swimming pool rules and use these facilities responsibly by following posted guidelines. This includes showering before using the pool and refraining from diving, as it poses a risk of injury and potential damage to the pool. Please note that towels are not provided at the resort, so kindly bring your own. Parents and guardians of attending children are urged to exercise extra vigilance around the pool and property balconies.

Please be aware that there is only enough space for one vehicle to park at the villa, with additional free parking available externally.
